About
User Experience (UX) Designer with broad experience since 2007, delivering effective user experience and user interface design, front-end development, and three-dimensional (3D) modeling solutions for federal agencies—including the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the United States Intelligence Community—as well as for commercial and non-profit organizations. Early in my career, I developed training materials using 3D modeling, provided help desk support, and spent two and a half years focused on front-end development before specializing in user experience roles. I improved user satisfaction by redesigning important interfaces for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and led a cross-functional team to launch a secure web portal now used by over 10,000 federal employees. I use a user-centered and accessibility-focused approach to make sure digital products not only meet but go beyond strict accessibility standards. My process includes detailed user research, evidence-based prototypes, and regular usability testing, all guided by agile development methods. This allows me to deliver clear, effective solutions in complex environments that require strong security. I hold an active federal security clearance and have deep experience working with government procedures. I am recognized for blending creative ideas with technical discipline. My skills in accessibility, proven track record of results, and dedication to quality design highlight me as a user experience leader who can improve both the user experience and the organization’s success.
