Guardian is the FBI’s enterprise-wide system to ensure that all threats and suspicious activities are assigned and investigated. eGuardian is the FBI system to facilitate the sharing of threat and suspicious incident information between the FBI and its state, local, and tribal law enforcement partners that do not have access to Guardian.

• Performed user interviews and reviewed user feedback.
• Designed a modern, 508-compliant Guardian & eGuardian application based on user feedback and industry best practices.
• Developed themes for both applications.

Sentinel is the FBI’s cloud-based enterprise-wide case management system used by the entire agency. Sentinel provides the FBI with case, evidence, document, and intelligence management capabilities. It supports information sharing internally and with the Bureau’s law enforcement and intelligence community partners.

• Triaged user feedback and performed user interviews.
• Conducted usability testing and collaborated with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Designed wireframes and color mocks for new features and enhancements.
